This is a very interesting video. Hassidic Jewish followers of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov are playing techno music in Zion Square Jerusalem. They are trying to reach the young people with the message of their Rabbi, which is essentially that we always need to be happy. They also believe chanting his name will bring a blessing to peoples lives, that is what they are shouting over the music. Rabbi Nachman lived in Ukraine (1772-1810), he is the grandson of the Baal Shem Tov, the founder of Hassidic Judaism. Rabbi Nachman emphasized the need to speak to God in prayer.
